SAP Project Management

As a highly experienced SAP Project Manager based in Bangalore, you will play a pivotal role in leading large-scale SAP implementations or migrations, particularly in SAP S/4HANA and ECC. With a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP functional roles, including at least 6 years in project management, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in managing the end-to-end SAP project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Lead large-scale SAP implementations or migrations, such as SAP S/4HANA and ECC - Manage the entire SAP project lifecycle from planning to post-go-live support - Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes and requirements - Define tailored SAP solutions and document project deliverables and milestones - Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Manage third-party vendors and consultants involved in SAP project delivery - Address resource constraints and identify potential risks with mitigation strategies - Monitor deliverables to ensure alignment with project objectives and best practices - Lead cross-functional teams and oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of SAP solutions - Drive user adoption through effective training and change management initiatives - Regularly communicate project status, risks, and deliverables to stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP functional roles, with at least 6 years in project management - Strong expertise in at least one SAP module and knowledge of other modules - SAP certification in one or more functional modules preferred - Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills - Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt and drive solutions independently - Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead cross-functional teams, drive innovation, and maximize the value of SAP solutions.
