SAP PPQM Functional Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP PPQM Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM). The role primarily involves AMS support, issue resolution, change management, and close collaboration with business stakeholders to ensure stable and optimized SAP PPQM operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for SAP PP and SAP QM modules.
• Handle AMS activities including Incident, Service Request, Change, and Problem Management.
• Work closely with business stakeholders during high-priority issue resolution.
• Perform design, configuration, customization, and testing of SAP PP/QM solutions.
• Create and maintain functional documentation and change records.
• Prepare high-level and detailed effort estimations.
• Create and review Functional Specification Documents (FSDs).
• Perform unit testing in development environments.
• Support SIT and UAT, including defect analysis and resolution.
• Provide go-live support and knowledge transition.
• Prepare and share regular status reports with stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP PP and SAP QM.
• Experience working on AMS / Support projects.
• Ability to identify, analyze, validate, and document business requirements.
• Strong understanding of incident, change, and problem management processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
