Job Summary:

Senior SAP PP/QM Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client discussions to gather business requirements and provide SAP PP/QM solutions.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP PP/QM processes including demand planning, MRP, shop floor control, inspection planning, quality notifications, and audits.
• Manage end-to-end implementation cycles, rollouts, and support engagements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance and best practices.
• Create functional specifications for enhancements and work closely with ABAP and technical teams.
• Conduct system testing, integration testing, and support UAT.
• Deliver end-user training and prepare comprehensive documentation.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, WM, PM, etc.) for integrated solutions.
• Ensure solutions comply with industry standards, especially in regulated environments.

Skills:

• SAP Certification in PP and/or QM.
• Industry expertise in Pharma, Automotive, FMCG, or Discrete Manufacturing.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori, EWM, or MES integration is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile and SAP Activate methodologies.

Education:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP PP and QM modules.
• At least 2 full-cycle SAP implementation projects as a functional consultant.
• Strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing and quality management.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.
• Deep integration knowledge with other SAP modules (MM, SD, WM, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and lead client-facing engagements.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
