Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP PP-QM Consultant with 5 years of hands-on experience to join our team in Panchkula (Onsite). The candidate will be responsible for supporting and enhancing Production Planning and Quality Management processes to ensure smooth manufacturing and quality operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support SAP PP modules including Master Data, MRP, BOM, Routing, and Production Orders
• Configure and support SAP QM processes such as Inspection Planning, Inspection Lots, Results Recording, and Usage Decision
• Integrate PP and QM with MM and FI modules
• Manage Quality Notifications, Defects, and Corrective Actions
• Support shop floor activities and production execution
• Analyze business requirements and provide SAP PP-QM solutions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide root cause analysis
• Prepare functional specifications and support testing and UAT
• Provide end-user training and documentation

Required Skills:

• 5 years of experience in SAP PP and QM
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality management
• Experience with MRP, Production Orders, and Quality Inspections
• Knowledge of PP–QM, QM–MM, and PP–FI integration
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in an onsite environment

Preferred:

• Experience in Support or Implementation projects
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA PP-QM is an added advantage

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
