SAP PP/QM Consultant with PPDS

We are looking for an experienced SAP PP/QM (Production Planning/Quality Management) Consultant with strong exposure to PPDS.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PPDS) modules, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and integration with other SAP modules.

candidate will have deep expertise in SAP PP, QM, PPDS modules, coupled with the ability to manage client meetings, workshops, and extensive travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Have minimum of 2 end to end project implementation experience

• Have minimum of 3 years experience in Manufacturing and Quality Management

• Have knowledge and experience in PPDS.

• Be able to work independently, take ownership and be proactive

• Candidate should be able to lead workshops

• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with both client and onshore counterpart.

• Able to create functional specifications, unit test scripts and configuration documents.

• Understanding of SAP activate methodology

• Have experience communicating with European clients directly

• Possess good communication skills verbal and listening

• Be able to work across multiple projects if needed and be proficient in time management

• Good understanding of Fiori apps, CDS views and understanding of SAP best practices

▪ Lead and manage greenfield S/4HANA implementation projects from inception to completion within pharma industry.

▪ Design and configure the SAP PP & QM modules to meet business requirements and align with best practices and regulatory standards of the industry.

▪ Conduct system integration, testing, and migration activities Client Interaction and Workshops:

▪ Conduct client meetings to gather requirements, present solutions, and provide status updates.

▪ Facilitate workshops to engage clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions.

▪ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact.

Consulting and Advisory:

▪ Provide expert advice on SAP PP/QM/PPDS best practices, S/4HANA capabilities, and industry standards, particularly for life sciences/pharma

• Develop and propose innovative solutions to meet client business needs.

▪ Conduct system assessments and provide recommendations for improvements.

Project Management:

▪Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.

▪ Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, business analysts, and project managers tailed to the industry requirements.

▪ Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables Training and Documentation.

▪ Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and key stakeholders.

▪ Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.

Travel:

▪Willingness to travel to client sites as required, including international travel if necessary.

Qualifications:

▪ SAP S/4HANA certification is a plus. Preferred skills.

▪ Knowledge of S/4HANA and latest SAP technologies.

▪ Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
