Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Consultant with strong OData development expertise to design, develop, deploy, and maintain OData services across SAP modules. The ideal candidate will work closely with functional and technical teams to provide high-quality, scalable, and high-performance solutions that integrate SAP with external systems and Fiori applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain OData services for SAP applications (including Fiori/UI5 integrations)
• Perform SAP ABAP development including Reports, BAPIs, BADIs, Enhancements, Smartforms, Interfaces, and CDS Views
• Work with SAP Gateway framework for OData service activation, debugging, and performance tuning
• Collaborate with Functional consultants to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions
• Develop REST-based APIs, data models, annotations, and metadata extensions
• Participate in unit testing, code reviews, and deployment cycle
• Resolve runtime issues and provide production support on OData / Gateway topics
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation according to SAP development standards

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development
• Strong expertise in SAP OData services development (CRUD-Q)
• Good knowledge of SAP Gateway and SAP NetWeaver
• Experience in Fiori/UI5 integrations using OData services
• Hands-on skills in CDS Views, AMDP, IDocs, RFCs, and BAPIs
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
• Understanding of integration points with MM, SD, PP, and FI modules (preferred)

Good to Have

• Knowledge of ABAP on HANA
• Experience with API Business Hub / Integration Suite
• SAP certification in ABAP or OData

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
