SAP PP Manager

Location: Kolkata/ Gurgaon

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated SAP PP Consultant with over 10+ years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong functional understanding of SAP Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM) modules, with a proven track record of successful implementations and support projects. This role will involve working closely with business stakeholders to perform UAT, gather new requirements, design, configure and deploy SAP solutions that align with business processes and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end to end implementation from SAP PP and QM.
• Drive session with business on gathering requirement / training the users
• Should possess in-depth functional knowledge and practical experience with SAP S/4HANA in the following areas:
• Production Order Management, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Capacity Planning, Configuration of MRP Areas, Variant Configuration, setup of Trigger points in routing, Quality Planning (Inspection Plan, Master Inspection Characteristics, Sampling Procedure), Quality Inspection (Results Recording, Usage Decision), Quality Control, Quality Notifications (Q1, Q2, Q3), Defect Management, Batch Management integration.
• Identify opportunities for system optimization, automation, and efficiency gains within PP and QM.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements utilizing SAP best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including other SAP module consultants (MM, SD, FICO, PM), ABAP developers, BASIS administrators, and business users.
• Document solutions, configurations, and processes thoroughly.
• Advise on and support the creation and maintenance of critical PP, QM and PM master data (e.g., material master, BOMs, routings, work centers, inspection plans, master inspection characteristics).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• SAP Certification in PP, QM certification additional plus
• 10+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP PP QM Consultant

Experience with integration points between PP/QM and other SAP modules (MM, SD, PM, FICO).
