Proficiency in multiple functions such as Finance & Cost Accounting, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and Sales.

Solution Architecture Leadership:

Drive business transformation initiatives by understanding challenges and identifying SAP capabilities that deliver value.

Lead or collaborate with proposal teams to build tailored solutions and proposals.

Leverage proprietary assets and offerings to differentiate proposal responses.

Take cross-functional ownership and coordinate with SMEs to develop a comprehensive solution strategy.

Project Delivery:

Utilize extensive S/4HANA knowledge to lead design workshops, oversee requirement gathering, and perform solution design and gap analysis.

Lead teams throughout the project lifecycle, including blueprinting, development, and implementation of optimized business processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions while managing project risks, planning, and budgets.

Support pre-sales activities, business assessments, and roadmaps for SAP-led digital transformation initiatives.

Networking and Business Development:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Identify opportunities for expanding business through innovative solutioning and addressing client pain points.

Support leadership in identifying and developing new business opportunities.

Lead pursuits related to S/4HANA opportunities by coordinating experts and crafting compelling responses to RFPs and RFIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as an SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect.

Deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and SAP solutions.

Strong leadership and communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders.

Hands-on experience in SAP implementations, including end-to-end project execution.

Ability to work in an agile environment and manage cross-functional teams effectively.

Expertise in business process automation and digital transformation strategies.
