Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Application Lead to oversee the design, development, and configuration of enterprise applications with a focus on SAP SCM APO (Advanced Planning & Optimization). As the primary point of contact, you will lead cross-functional teams, ensure application requirements are met, and drive key decisions to align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain planning and a deep understanding of SAP APO modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP SCM APO, leading and mentoring the project team.
• Take ownership of technical and team decisions, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery.
• Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and functional consultants to ensure business and technical requirements are aligned.
• Provide actionable solutions to resolve complex technical and functional issues across teams.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and foster skill development within the team.
• Track and monitor project milestones to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must-Have:

• Proficiency in SAP SCM APO (Advanced Planning & Optimization).
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain planning, demand planning, and inventory optimization.
• Experience in integrating SAP APO with other SAP modules (e.g., ECC, S/4HANA).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets for business decision-making.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• This is a full-time, office-based role in Hyderabad.
• Candidates must have completed at least 15 years of full-time education.
