Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end

  SAP Signavio implementations

  , including process modeling, mining, and automation.
• Conduct workshops with business and IT teams to understand current processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Design and document

  process landscapes, workflows, and business rules

  using SAP Signavio.
• Utilize

  Process Intelligence & Process Mining

  tools to analyze process efficiency and suggest optimizations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive

  business transformation initiatives

  leveraging SAP Signavio Suite.
• Ensure smooth integration of

  SAP Signavio with SAP S/4HANA, ERP, and other enterprise applications

  .
• Develop and execute

  process governance frameworks and best practices

  .
• Train and mentor teams on

  SAP Signavio capabilities

  and process management methodologies.
• Stay updated with

  latest trends in BPM, process mining, and SAP Signavio advancements

  .
• Provide

  technical guidance and support

  for process automation initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience

  in Business Process Management (BPM) and SAP Signavio.
• Expertise in

  SAP Signavio Process Manager, Process Intelligence, and Workflow Accelerator

  .
• Strong understanding of

  BPMN 2.0, process modeling, and process analysis

  .
• Experience with

  process mining techniques, data analysis, and workflow automation

  .
• Hands-on experience in integrating SAP Signavio with

  SAP S/4HANA and ERP solutions

  .
• Knowledge of

  Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies

  .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• SAP Signavio certification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to work in

  cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
