Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and support SAP MDM/MDG solutions.
• Lead data governance efforts: data modeling, validation, workflows, and harmonization.
• Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Define and document master data requirements with business stakeholders.
• Plan and execute strategies for data migration, integration, and cleansing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP MDM/MDG issues effectively.
• Ensure compliance with data quality and governance standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP MDM & MDG experience.
• Strong in MDG configuration: data models, UI modeling, BRF+, workflows, validations.
• Proficiency in data quality, harmonization, and consolidation.
• Experience integrating with SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a remote/offshore work environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in

  S/4HANA

  environments.
• Familiarity with

  data migration tools

  (SAP Data Services, SLT, LTMC).
• Knowledge of governance tools like

  SAP Information Steward
