Job Description

Technical/Functional Skills

Must be well versed with in-full gross-to-net US payroll calculation and configuration, including as well as schemas and rules, Finance integration, BSI TaxFactory and Off-Cycle. Also, understand underlying legal requirements.
Should be able to evaluate customers' business needs, contributing to the overall strategic planning of SAP PY systems.
Ability to interact with management and technical specialists and provide timely/quality advice.
Should be good in understanding the business requirements and should have the ability to prepare Functional Design Documents for the development of various FRICEW objects (Forms, Reports, Interface, Conversion, Enhancement, and Workflows).
Should be able to lead the team.
To work effectively within a team environment.
Good Knowledge of ASAP Methodology.

Experience Required

Should have exposure to other modules of SAP HCM like Benefits, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management and integration of HCM modules with SuccessFactors.
Exposure to benefit integration with 3rd party systems.
Should have actively worked on a minimum of one Full-life cycle implementation or support project.

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist and guide client in all phases of the project lifecycle.
Handle all phases like Design, document, and implement unit, integration, and parallel test plans.
Associate should be able to lead the team and should be able to work with other SAP HCM consultants as a team. Adapts best methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to complex problems.
The consultant will be responsible for supporting the existing HR landscape and assisting clients in configuration, development, testing, rollout and post-rollout support of SAP HCM US Payroll solutions.
As the majority of our work is performed at different sites with significant travel required, the consultant must be ready to travel.

Generic Managerial Skills

Consultant will work closely with the client core team to ensure exemplary results.
Must possess and demonstrate a high level of professionalism and customer service skills.
Excellent oral and written communication and the ability to multi-task.
