Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

5+ years hands-on SAP HCM functional experience across PA/OM, Payroll, and Time Management.
Proven track record in Indian statutory payroll configuration including PT, PF, ESI, and Income-Tax.
Expertise in writing PCRs/SCHEMAs and executing data migration via LSMW.
Strong client-facing skills with the ability to lead workshops and produce clear documentation.

Preferred

Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central or hybrid integrations.
Certification in SAP HCM or SuccessFactors.
