SAP HCM Payroll, Time Management, & Personnel Administration

Level-8 Associate Manager Experience: 7.5-12 yrs (Location- Pune, Gurugram & Navi Mumbai)

Level-9 Team Lead Experience: 5-8 yrs (Location- Hyderabad, Bengaluru & Nagpur)

Level-10 & 11 Senior Analyst & Analyst Experience: Mini 2.5 yrs (Kolkata & Ahmedabad)

Key Responsibilities:

Act as an SME in SAP HCM Payroll, Time Management, & Personnel Administration and collaborate across teams.

Lead application design, development, and implementation.

Drive and own team decisions, contributing to cross-team solutions.

Configure schemas and rules in SAP HCM Modules.

Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.

Stay updated on industry trends and suggest process improvements.

Skills Required:

Minimum 2.5 years of SAP HCM Payroll experience.

Strong understanding of SAP HR modules and integration with Payroll.

Expertise in Payroll schema and rules configuration.

Strong knowledge of SAP Payroll reporting and data analysis.

Familiarity with additional SAP HCM modules (Time, OM, PA).

Exposure to cloud-based SAP Payroll solutions (SuccessFactors).

Prior experience in multi-country payroll projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

The candidate should have a minimum of 2.5 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll

A 15 years full-time education is required
