Job Description

As a GDS Consulting SAP GRC Access Control Senior Consultant at EY, you will have the opportunity to contribute technically to GRC Technology SAP GRC client engagements and internal projects. You will play a crucial role in assisting Seniors & Managers, actively participating within client engagements, and identifying risks while ensuring high-quality work. You will also help in creating a positive learning culture within the team and assist fellow team members during assignments. Your Key Responsibilities will include: - Consistently delivering quality client services and managing client expectations - Driving high-quality work products within expected timeframes and budget - Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and internal stakeholders - Demonstrating deep technical capabilities in different project phases - Assisting in the selection and tailoring of approaches, methods, and tools - Building positive working relationships with clients and identifying opportunities to improve engagement profitability - Supporting leadership in business development initiatives and account management - Cross-skilling and training team members as per business requirements - Maintaining an educational program to develop personal skills and skills of team members To qualify for this role, you must have: - More than 3 years of experience in Technology Consulting - More than 3 years of working experience in Managed Services projects related to SAP GRC Access Control - Strong working knowledge of business processes, controls framework, compliance, and regulations in an SAP ERP Environment - Experience in end-to-end delivery of Enterprise SAP GRC solutions - Strong understanding of SAP landscape, transports system, and version compatibility concepts - Experience in automation in GRC access controls space - Good to have experience in Service Now, SailPoint, or other Identity Management products integration with SAP GRC - Knowledge of Cloud solutions like Success Factors, ARIBA, IBP, CALM, etc. - Experience in developing functional specifications for custom developments/enhancements in SAP GRC Access Control What We Look For: - Commercial acumen, technical experience, and enthusiasm to learn - An opportunity to be part of a market-leading, multi-disciplinary team with global exposure - Opportunities to work with EY Consulting practices globally across various industries At EY, you will experience: - Inspiring and meaningful projects - Support, coaching, and feedback from engaging colleagues - Opportunities for skill development and career progression - Freedom and flexibility to shape your role according to your preferences Join EY in building a better working world, where diverse teams across 150+ countries provide trust through assurance and help clients grow, transform, and operate across various sectors.,
