Responsibilities

• Project Leadership

  : Lead and manage SAP GRC PC implementation projects from planning to go-live and post-implementation support

• Client Engagement

  : Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients to understand business processes and compliance needs

• Solution Design

  : Design and configure SAP GRC PC modules to meet client requirements, including automated monitoring and control validation

• Technical Expertise

  :

-Experience with SAP GRC Access Control and Process Control.

-Familiarity with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, Lumira, IDM.

-Knowledge of GRC Risk Management, Audit Management, and Fraud Management.

-Development of data sources and business rules for SAP ECC/S/4.

• Security & Compliance

  :

-Design SoD (Segregation of Duties) rulesets.

-Translate control framework requirements into authorization concepts.

-Experience with IAM and RPA solutions in SAP GRC context.

• Testing & Deployment

  :

-Manage UAT, regression testing, cutover, and hypercare activities.

-Create test scripts and validation procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related fields (BE/BTech/MBA/MCA).
• SAP Certification (preferred).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
