Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules

  • Partner with Global Rewards, HR, and IT teams to define compensation planning processes, business rules, and budgeting guidelines
  • Manage annual salary and bonus review cycles, ensuring seamless execution across regions
  • Translate complex business requirements into effective system configurations, ensuring consistency and compliance globally
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Employee Central, Integrations, Reporting, and Payroll to maintain solution integrity
  • Conduct UAT, regression testing, and release impact analysis to ensure system stability and performance
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive process documentation, configuration guides, and business process flows
  • Identify system and process improvement opportunities and proactively recommend enhancements
  • Provide ongoing production support, troubleshooting, and optimization for Compensation and Variable Pay modules
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors experience, including 5+ years of deep expertise in Compensation & Variable Pay
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale global compensation cycles
  • Strong understanding of Compensation templates, eligibility rules, budgets, guidelines, proration, and variable pay calculations
  • Expertise in Employee Central integration, business rules, and custom reporting
  • Experience working in global, matrixed environments supporting multiple regions and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with experience engaging global business and IT teams
  • SAP SuccessFactors Professional Certification in Compensation and/or Variable Pay is highly preferred
  • Preferred Skills: Experience with Agile / DevOps methodologies and release management
  • Exposure to SAP Enable Now, Reward & Recognition systems, or advanced compensation analytics
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors data model governance and integration with external payroll / HR analytics tools
