Job description:

Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules relevant to Repairs & Exchange (e.g., SD, MM)
Familiarity with Repair Order Processing, Service Management, and Return/Exchange workflows.
Awareness of interfaces with 3rd-party systems (e.g., logistics, repair vendors).
Understanding of IDocs, APIs, and middleware.
Own the
product vision, roadmap, and release plan
for S/4HANA Repairs & Exchange (returns, repair orders, refurbishment, warranty and exchanges).
Translate business objectives into
prioritized product outcomes
and measurable KPIs.

Fit-to-Standard

Maintain a
clear, value-driven backlog
: epic/story definition, acceptance criteria, DoR/DoD.
Prioritize based on
business value, customer impact, risk, and technical constraints
.
Lead
backlog refinement
,
sprint planning
,
reviews
, and
increment demos
.
Approve increments and manage
release readiness
(end-to-end scenarios, data, controls).
Engage
service operations, warranty teams, logistics, finance, compliance, and IT
to align priorities and resolve trade-offs.
Communicate product decisions, constraints, and benefits clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Drive
training, rollout, and adoption

shape the future of service operations
by delivering cutting-edge ERP capabilities that enhance customer experience, optimize repair and exchange processes, and reduce operational costs
