Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP BTP Developer with expertise in ABAP, ABAP RAP Model, Fiori/UI5, and BTP CAP Model to join our dynamic team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, excellent leadership capabilities, and a passion for building innovative enterprise-grade solutions on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain scalable solutions on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

• Lead and manage a team of developers, providing technical direction and mentoring.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.

• Develop custom applications using ABAP, RAP (RESTful Application Programming), Fiori/UI5, and CAP (Cloud Application Programming) models.

• Ensure delivery of high-quality solutions that are on time and within budget.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across BTP components.

• Drive continuous improvement by adopting latest BTP tools, frameworks, and industry best practices.

• Stay abreast of evolving SAP technologies and contribute to the organization’s innovation initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in SAP development.

• Hands-on expertise in:

• ABAP and ABAP RAP Model

• SAP Fiori/UI5 development

• SAP BTP CAP Model

• Strong experience in designing and building enterprise applications on SAP BTP.

• Proven leadership experience managing small to mid-size development teams.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile-driven environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Knowledge of SAP HANA, OData Services, and REST APIs.

• Certification in SAP BTP or related technologies is a plus.
