Key Responsibilities

  • Make

    outbound calls

    to US-based industrial and IT companies to introduce

    Things Alives SAP and technology offerings

    .
  • Handle

    inbound inquiries

    , qualify potential clients, and identify business needs.
  • Set up meetings or demo calls

    with SAP solution experts and prospective clients.
  • Identify client industries (Manufacturing, Energy, Automotive, Industrial Automation, etc.) and their technology stack (SAP, IoT, Cloud, AI, etc.).
  • Use

    LinkedIn and CRM tools

    to research, connect, and nurture leads from

    IT consulting and service-based companies

    .
  • Execute

    marketing and outreach campaigns on LinkedIn

    to build relationships and generate interest.
  • Maintain and update lead details, call notes, and follow-up activities in the

    CRM

    (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the SAP sales and marketing teams for seamless lead handover.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets for

    qualified leads, calls, and meetings scheduled

Required Experience & Skills

  • 2–8 years of experience in

    B2B lead generation / inside sales / business development

    , preferably in

    IT consulting or SAP services

    .
  • Experience in calling and engaging

    US-based clients

    (US time zone shift).
  • Strong

    verbal and written communication skills

    in English.
  • Basic understanding of

    SAP, IoT, AI, or Cloud technologies

    .
  • Proficiency with

    CRM tools

    (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
  • Experience in

    LinkedIn lead generation and marketing campaigns

  • Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into qualified opportunities.
