Job Description

Job Title: Sales Representative (Female) MBA

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 3-7 years

Role & responsibilities

Drive sales of IoT and AI-based solutions in the automotive and industrial sectors.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and industrial clients.
Conduct client meetings, deliver product presentations, and lead technical-commercial discussions.
Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business and partnerships.
Prepare proposals, handle negotiations, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate closely with technical and marketing teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
Represent the company at industry exhibitions, events, and conferences to enhance market presence.

Mandatory Experience

MBA (specialization in Marketing/Sales/Business Development preferred).
3-7 years of proven B2B sales experience in automotive and/or industrial technology sectors.
Direct exposure to IoT, AI, telematics, Industry 4.0, or advanced systems solutions.
Strong communication skills in spoken and written English for client-facing roles.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage enterprise-level client accounts.
Hands-on experience in solution selling, proposal preparation, and contract negotiations.
