We are urgently hiring an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong end-to-end implementation expertise and solid banking domain experience.

This is a senior-level opportunity for professionals who can drive complex finance transformation initiatives and deliver high-quality SAP FICO solutions.

Location: Bengaluru / Gurugram / Hyderabad (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver end-to-end SAP FICO implementation projects (mandatory).

Work closely with Finance, Accounting, and Business teams to gather and analyze requirements.

Configure and customize core FI & CO modules:

GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, COPA, Profitability Analysis.

Manage system integrations with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, HCM).

Conduct workshops, prepare functional specs, process documents, and configuration guides.

Support data migration, UAT, cutover, and post-go-live activities.

Provide expert troubleshooting, improvements, and advisory.

Work with global, cross-functional, and cross-regional stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

12+ years of SAP FICO experience with strong functional depth.

Minimum 3–4 full-cycle end-to-end implementation projects (mandatory).

Strong banking domain experience — including Bank Accounting, Treasury-related processes, payments, cash management, and financial compliance.

Excellent financial process understanding, accounting principles, and period-close activities.

Knowledge of integration points with MM/SD/PP.

S/4HANA hands-on experience is a plus.

Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced hybrid environment.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
