About the Role:

SAP FICO Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support SAP FICO modules including

  GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting

• Implement and support

  Indian GST processes

  and ensure compliance with local statutory requirements
• Handle

  localization functionalities

  such as TDS, withholding tax, and legal reporting requirements
• Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, design, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules
• Work closely with business users and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
• Prepare documentation for processes, configurations, and user training.

Must-Have Skills:

• 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in

  SAP FICO

• Strong understanding of

  Indian taxation system

  , especially

  GST

  and

  local statutory requirements

• Experience with

  localization capabilities

  in India-specific SAP implementations
• Excellent

  communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong

  analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
