As a SAP FICO Lead Consultant, your role involves supporting clients in selecting, implementing, and supporting the SAP FICO module. Your expertise in consulting, business knowledge, and SAP solutions will be crucial in integrating SAP technology into clients' business environments to achieve the desired E2E FICO business processes transformation into SAP S/4HANA. **Key Responsibilities:** - Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Finance & Controlling to enhance clients' business functionality and overall performance while ensuring high customer satisfaction. - Utilize SAP implementation methodology such as ASAP and Active Methodology. - Design, configure, and test core FI/CO modules including GL, New GL functionality, AP, AR. - Manage Asset Management, Consolidations, CO-PA, Cost center accounting, Profit center accounting, Product costing, and Material ledger configurations. - Demonstrate deep knowledge of key integration points with FI/CO modules and configure FICO processes in S/4HANA. - Handle FICO Enterprise structure, Business partner, FSCM, New GL functionality, Material ledger, Taxation, Banking automation, and Logistics integrated accounting entries. - Lead RTR value stream in global implementation and the FICO Team in implementations. - Provide functional expertise, guidance, and instruction on SAP products to clients and troubleshoot software problems for successful implementation. - Write RICEFW specifications for custom development and have experience with IDOC and third-party interfaces. - Collaborate with clients, analyze problems, and provide clear recommendations while managing workload independently and as a team player. - Work under tight deadlines, travel as needed, and understand ABAP code. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's Degree preferably in Finance/Accounting. - Minimum 8 years of SAP FI/CO configuration experience with four full lifecycle SAP implementations and one S/4HANA greenfield implementation. - Strong knowledge of Taxation, P&L, and Balance sheet. - Business knowledge, process design skills, and ability to analyze problems. - Strong organizational, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills. - Effective problem solver, able to work independently with little to no supervision. - Desire to excel, multi-task, and collaborate effectively with clients.
