Job Summary:We're seeking an experienced Senior Manager/Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Facility Management to oversee multiple sites and ensure seamless facility operations.Key Responsibilities:1. Multi-Site Management: Oversee facility operations across multiple sites.2. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement facility management strategies.3. Operations Management: Oversee daily facility operations.4. Technical Expertise: Demonstrate good knowledge of technical equipment, including:- Chiller- DG- HVAC- LT and HT panels- ACB and VCB panels5. Government Liaison: Liaise with government departments as required.6. Invoice Management: Generate invoices for CAM, Electricity, Parking, and other charges.7. Billing Reconciliation: Ensure accuracy in invoice generation and audit billing records.8. Collections: Oversee timely collections of outstanding payments.9. No Dues Certificate: Validate pending dues before authorizing NOC.10. MIS: Prepare and submit daily, monthly, and project-wise collection reports.11. P & L Statement: Prepare profit and loss statements for each project.12. DG & EB Reconciliation: Reconcile DG & EB usage and analyze expenses.13. Parking Management: Monitor parking administration function and optimize performance.14. Team Management: Lead and motivate a high-performing facility management team.15. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.Requirements:1. Education: B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical or a related field.2. Experience: 10+ years of experience in facility management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.3.
