The incumbent is responsible for making sure that the commercial building and their services meet the needs of the clients/Unit Owners that work in them. Is also accountable for services such as cleaning, security, parking, Technical to make sure the surrounding environment is in a suitable condition to work with minimum error Ensure collection of CAM from customers for the provision of facilities, in a timely manner. Responsibility and Accountability for expenses incurred in daily operations and investigate cost overruns. Monitor adherence to service level agreements in the provision of all facilities and services to provide superior customer experience. Supervise the execution of day to day activities in the maintenance of all utilities, including Building Maintenance, Utility Monitoring Management of House Keeping, Pest Control, Landscape Maintenance, Service Systems for security and safety / fire prevention protection services Fire drills/ evacuation drills, Building Safety audit, Electricity/ Plumbing Services, Air-conditioning Services. Supervise the timely and comprehensive preparation of reports for Senior Management to provide them with updates on the facility management activities at sites. Monitor the timely preparation and submission of MIS for all activities. Directly address the queries and concerns of customers and drive timely resolution of the same Interact with the vendors and service providers and support in resolving any payment/ terms/ facility management related issues faced by them.
