Job Description

Our client, a top healthcare company, seeks a SAP FICO Consultant, which involves delivering strong functional expertise in Finance and Controlling, with an emphasis on controlling processes, to support ongoing initiatives and enhancements across global operations.This is a remote, contractual role with occasional travel. The duration of this role starts at 6 months, with the likelihood of renewal every 6 months, based on performance.
  • Support and enhance SAP FICO processes with a primary focus on Controlling (CO)
  • Lead configuration, testing, and implementation of CO functionalities including cost center accounting, profit center accounting, internal orders, and product costing
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and deliver optimized financial and controlling solutions
  • Provide expertise in financial closing activities, reporting, and CO integrations with other SAP modules
  • Support global finance teams in system improvement initiatives, issue resolution, and process optimization
  • Create functional documentation, test scripts, and support materials as part of ongoing project cycles
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data consistency across modules
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an SAP FICO Consultant with strong proficiency in SAP Controlling (CO).
  • Hands-on expertise in cost center accounting, internal orders, product costing, and profit center accounting.
  • Experience working in global SAP environments within complex business structures.
  • Strong understanding of FICO integration points with other SAP modules.
  • Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into high-quality functional designs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, multinational environment.
