Job Description

SAP SD Executive


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain, organize, and update large datasets in Excel.
  • Create and automate reports using

    Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP

    , etc.
  • Analyze

    Bills of Materials

    (BOM) for accuracy and completeness.
  • Upload and update BOM data in

    SAP SD

    .
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accuracy of data.
  • Identify and correct data discrepancies.
  • Support day-to-day tasks in SAP SD related to data management and reporting.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

    (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, etc.).
  • Minimum

    1 year

    of experience with

    SAP SD Module

    .
  • Good understanding of BOM analysis and structure.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environment.
  • Experience in managing large datasets and preparing MIS reports.
