Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect to lead transformation initiatives and provide expert guidance on SAP S/4HANA solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry and functional expertise, strong solution architecture leadership, and a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Industry and Function Expertise:

Demonstrate industry focus with deep knowledge and expertise in one or more industries, including Resources (Energy/Utilities/Chemicals), Manufacturing (Automotive/Life Science/Consumer Goods / Retail / High-Tech / Software / Semiconductors) , etc.
Engage with senior client leadership to conduct technology-agnostic business process discussions across various functions such as Finance and Cost Accounting, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and Sales.

Solution Architecture Leadership:

Help clients maximize value from transformation initiatives by identifying business challenges and leveraging SAP capabilities.
Lead or collaborate with proposal teams to build solutions tailored to client needs.
Leverage assets and offerings from multiple teams to differentiate proposal responses.
Take end-to-end ownership of solutions, coordinating with subject matter experts to define and orchestrate proposal responses.

Project Delivery:

Leverage in-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA capabilities to lead design workshops, gather requirements, and conduct solution design and gap analysis.
Lead teams in client-facing roles across project lifecycles, from blueprinting and design to development and implementation of optimized business processes.
Manage end-to-end solution delivery by working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders while mitigating project risks and ensuring adherence to project plans and budgets.
Support pre-sales activities, business assessments, and client advisory services on SAP S/4HANA-led transformations to address business challenges.

Networking and Business Development:

Develop and manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with project and practice leadership to identify pain points and propose innovative solutions.
Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Lead pursuits related to SAP S/4HANA projects by bringing together domain experts and responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA solution architecture, implementation, and transformation initiatives.
Proven expertise in one or more industries with functional knowledge across business processes.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage with senior stakeholders.
Experience in pre-sales, business assessments, and proposal development.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client management skills.
