SAP EWM Business Key User

• We are seeking an experienced SAP S4 EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) professional to join our manufacturing operations team as a Business Key User
• The ideal candidate will have direct experience working in a live S4 EWM-run warehouse, supporting day-to-day operations as a super user/floor walker
• While technical or functional SAP knowledge is valuable for communicating with IT, This role is primarily business-facing and operational

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary floor support (super user) for SAP S4 EWM processes within warehouse and production operations
• Support end users in executing day-to-day EWM and PP transactions, ensuring smooth warehouse and production workflows
• Identify and communicate system or process issues to the IT and functional support teams for resolution
• Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvement from an operational perspective
• Conduct informal user training and share best practices with warehouse and production staff
• Assist in documenting operational procedures and lessons learned

Requirements

• Hands-on experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing facility using SAP S4 EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)
• Deep understanding of warehouse operations and related SAP EWM transactions (inbound, outbound, internal movements, physical inventory)
• Familiarity with production planning and execution (PP) processes in SAP
• Ability to act as the link between business users and IT/functional teams
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Must be comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Nice to Have

• Experience in consumer goods or food & beverage manufacturing environments
• Prior exposure to SAP integration points (MM, SD, QM)
• Experience providing end-user training or floor support during system rollouts or steady-state operations
