Job Summary:

SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead 

  end-to-end SAP EAM/PM implementations

   – from requirements gathering, blueprinting, and configuration to testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Conduct workshops with business users to define 

  asset management processes

   and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Configure key SAP PM functionalities including:
• Equipment & functional location master data
• Maintenance planning (preventive & breakdown)
• Notifications, work orders, and task lists
• Integrate SAP EAM with other modules such as 

  SAP MM, FI, and PS

  .
• Support 

  data migration

  , user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live, and hyper-care phases.
• Prepare and maintain 

  functional specification documents

   for enhancements and custom developments.
• Deliver 

  end-user training

   and create training materials and documentation.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders and offshore delivery teams as the 

  main point of contact

  .

Required Skills:

• Minimum 

  8 years of experience

   in SAP EAM/PM consulting.
• At least 

  2 full lifecycle SAP EAM implementations

  .
• In-depth knowledge of:
• Equipment master
• Maintenance plans & task lists
• Notifications and order management
• Integration experience with 

  SAP MM, FI, and PS

  .
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and 

  client-facing skills

  .

Preferred Skills:

• S/4HANA EAM

   experience is a strong plus.
• Industry exposure in 

  utilities, oil & gas, manufacturing, or transportation

  .
• SAP 

  EAM certification

   (preferred, not mandatory).
• Knowledge of 

  mobile asset management tools

   such as:
• SAP Asset Manager
• Click Field Service
• IBM Maximo
• Awareness of 

  predictive maintenance

  IoT integrations

  , and 

  Industry 4.0
