Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Consultant in SAP Customer Services, Sales & Distribution, you will be responsible for developing system designs that align with high-level conceptual designs and meet functional and non-functional requirements. Your role will involve ensuring that the designs adhere to the architectural roadmap, supporting the development and operations of solutions. You will play a key part in delivering design solutions following global standards and ensuring that projects are delivered within agreed time, cost, and quality constraints. Your expertise in SAP CS/SD modules and SCM processes will be crucial in translating business requirements into well-documented system designs. Key Responsibilities: - Possess in-depth understanding of Customer Services, Sales & Distribution Process, Contract management, Pricing concepts, OTC, Partner Determination, Text Management, Pricing, Taxes, Billing, Credit Management, Back Orders, and Master Data Management (MDM). - Develop system designs that align with high-level conceptual designs and functional requirements. - Ensure designs adhere to architectural roadmap and support solution development and operations. - Deliver design solutions following global standards and a global template philosophy. - Conduct scoping and fit-gap workshops, propose solutions for key gaps, provide effort estimations, and align with business teams. - Perform application support, work on SLA, CHR Delivery process, and SAP Project Implementation activities. - Peer review developed solutions, document them formally, and obtain business sign-off. - Initiate solution testing to ensure quality standards are met. - Translate business requirements, processes, and designs into well-documented system designs. Qualification Required: - 8 to 10 years of experience as an SAP CS/SD Consultant. - Highest level of expertise in SAP SD/CS module & SCM process. - Extensive knowledge of Quotations, Sales Orders, Contracts, and integration with external platforms. - Integration knowledge of CS module with SD, FICO, MM, and PS modules. - Understanding of SAP enterprise data and interface concept and management. - Knowledge of Service Orders, Contracts, Projects functionality, Repairs processes, timesheet, cost booking, and Resource Related Billing. - Experience in S4 HANA is a must. - BE/ B Tech./MCA/ Graduate education qualification. Additional Details: - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, tailored to the intended audience. - Strong analytical, logical, and communication skills. - Provide mentoring and guidance to team members. - Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to meet timelines. - Customer-centric with the ability to deliver a high level of service. - Coordinate effectively with global teams and service SLAs.,
