Job Title: SAP CS

Experience Required:

Location: Mumbai/Hyderabad

Job Summary:

SAP CS

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage SAP SD/CS processes for implementation, support, and enhancement projects.
Design, configure, and customize solutions within the SAP SD and CS modules, particularly in MRO scenarios.
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and propose suitable SAP solutions.
Handle day-to-day support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (MM, PP, FI, PM, etc.) for integrated process flow.
Prepare and execute test cases, support UAT, and ensure successful deployment of solutions.
Manage and prioritize daily tasks efficiently while adhering to project timelines.
Document configurations, functional specifications, and user guides.
Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
