SAP Convergent Mediation

As an Infoscion, you will be an integral part of the consulting team at Infosys, actively contributing to various phases of projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Aiding the consulting team in problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment of projects. - Researching and exploring alternatives to recommended solutions through literature surveys, public domains, vendor evaluations, etc., and building Proof of Concepts (POCs). - Creating requirement specifications based on business needs, defining processes, and detailed functional designs. - Configuring solution requirements, diagnosing issues, seeking clarifications, and identifying solution alternatives. - Contributing to unit-level and organizational initiatives to provide high-quality solutions to customers. Technical Requirements: - 2 years of experience in BRIM Convergent Mediation implementations with exposure to client-facing roles, SAP ABAP, and Webservice development. - Strong knowledge of technologies such as J2EE, EJB, Servlet, JSP, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Oracle SQL programming, Unix, Windows, JVM, Web servers, Application servers, security programming, and concepts. - Experience in Utility or Telecommunication Industry using Convergent Mediation tool with knowledge of various functionalities. - Expertise in supporting and creating new functionalities for mediation zone workflows to communicate and load data into SAP CC or CI directly. Additional Responsibilities: - Developing value-creating strategies and models for clients to drive growth and profitability. - Good knowledge of software configuration management systems and awareness of latest technologies and industry trends. - Logical thinking, problem-solving skills, collaboration ability, understanding of financial processes, pricing models, domain knowledge, client interfacing, project and team management.
