As a SAP Consultant at our organization, you will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Business One modules relevant to manufacturing operations. Your role will involve conducting detailed requirements gathering workshops with business stakeholders, translating business processes into effective ERP solutions, and developing functional specifications for necessary customizations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Business One modules related to manufacturing operations. - Conduct detailed requirements gathering workshops with business stakeholders. - Develop functional specifications for necessary customizations and work closely with technical teams and partners. - Configure and test SAP B1 modules according to best practices and approved functional designs. - Provide expertise on manufacturing industry standards such as BOMs, production orders, MRP, inventory management, and basic costing. - Support master data setup, data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-user training. - Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and alignment with overall business objectives. - Assist in defining processes for future adoption of SAP S/4HANA. Required Skills & Experience: - 6 to 9 years of strong SAP consulting experience, with at least 3 years focused on SAP Business One or equivalent ERP for manufacturing. - In-depth understanding of discrete manufacturing processes. - Strong problem-solving skills for SAP-related issues. - Proficient in documenting business requirements and translating them into SAP functional solutions. - Relevant SAP certifications (B1 or S/4HANA) will be an advantage. Preferred Qualifications: - SAP certification in relevant modules. - Background in discrete manufacturing industries. - Familiarity with integration of SAP with MES or plant automation systems. - Exposure to Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies. Soft Skills: - Excellent communication and stakeholder management. - Analytical thinker with attention to detail. - Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently or in teams. - Ability to deliver under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
