Job Description

Lead end-to-end SAP BW 4 HANA projects, including requirements gathering, data modeling, system configuration, and performance optimization.
Design, build, and optimize complex data models, conducting ETL processes to support comprehensive reporting and analytics.
Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements, develop reporting solutions, and provide actionable insights with SAP BW 4 HANA tools.
Monitor and optimize system performance, manage data volume, and implement best practices to ensure high availability and efficiency of SAP BW 4 HANA solutions.
Provide technical guidance to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices in data modeling, data extraction, and report generation.
Design efficient data storage solutions with SAP HANA, integrating with SAP BW for seamless data processing and real-time reporting.
Document all development and operational processes, delivering training to business users and IT staff on SAP BW 4 HANA functionality.
Demonstrate proficiency in SAP BW 4 HANA and SAP HANA data modeling, ETL processes, and data extraction.
Optimize performance within SAP BW 4 HANA environments and leverage ABAP for custom enhancements.
Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills, fostering effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
