Job Description

Minimum 5 years of experience, including at least one full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementation.
Proven track record as a Technical Program Manager or similar role for Oracle HCM upgrades or implementations.
Hands-on experience with Oracle SaaS architecture, including Data Migration, Integrations, Reporting, and Extensions for HCM Cloud.
Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Applications technology with deep functional and technical knowledge.
Expertise in developing and managing inbound/outbound integrations, reports, and customizations within Oracle HCM Cloud.
Proficient in integration tools and platforms, preferably Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), with knowledge of workflows, security, and integration patterns.
In-depth understanding of technical concepts and best practices within Oracle SaaS HCM modules.
PMP or Agile certification is highly preferred.
