About the role

Help maintain and optimize mission-critical SAP landscapes for government digital- governance programs delivered via NISG. You’ll ensure availability, performance, security, and smooth transport across environments.


Key responsibilities

  • Install, configure, upgrade, and monitor SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI).
  • Administer users, roles, and authorizations aligned to security policies.
  • Perform system health checks, performance tuning, and root-cause analysis.
  • Plan/execute backups and support disaster-recovery procedures.
  • Manage transports (TMS) across DEV/QA/PRD.
  • Proactively monitor landscapes and resolve incidents with clear reporting.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to meet operational needs; maintain documentation.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related (4-year).
  • 5+ years of hands-on SAP BASIS administration across Linux/Windows.
  • DB administration experience (HANA/Oracle/etc.); solid networking fundamentals.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

  • Preferred:

    SAP BASIS/HANA certification, S/4HANA exposure, public cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
