Managing relationship with Clients: Responsible for building strong relationship with OEMs. Preparing database of customers and following up on regular basis, tracking industry trends, OEM Growth plans, competitors strategies & activities etc. to focus on key growth areas & defining strategies. New Product Development of parts to customers coordinating with various cross functional teams in ensuring timely delivery of NPD samples to customers and closely working with the customer towards successful completion of trials and commencement of serial production.
