Costing, cost analysis and feasibility study for new enquiry from customers. Timely submission of quotation to customer after thorough feasibility study, analyzing all aspects of the RFQ and product and after approval from management. Obtaining price corrections with all OEMs and Tier 1 customers on a defined frequency as per metal price fluctuation and deemed by the Management. Managing relationship with Clients: Responsible for building strong relationship with OEMs. Preparing database of customers and following up on regular basis, tracking industry trends, OEM Growth plans, competitors strategies & activities etc. to focus on key growth areas & defining strategies. New Product Development of parts to customers coordinating with various cross functional teams in ensuring timely delivery of NPD samples to customers and closely working with the customer towards successful completion of trials and commencement of serial production. This position is a first line Sales & Marketing function requiring internal and external customer interaction, handling customers for business prospects, after receipt of orders, follow up with CFT members, vendors for timely completion and delivery of materials to customers. Managing relationship with Clients: Responsible for building strong relationships with OEMs Tier- I and Open market customer account. Develop techno-commercial proposals and coordinate internally with production & QA. Drive new business development in domestic and export markets. Support pricing strategy and customer relationship management. Achieving organizations sales Goals : Responsible for preparation of sales plan, preparing annual forecasting and monthly planning /executing, closely monitoring and achieving the said targets / YOY sales growth. Coordinating with other teams like planning, production, quality, logistics in ensuring delivery of parts to customers. Tracking of daily, weekly & monthly supplies. Ensure On-time supplies to customers as per their weekly/monthly schedules. Meet sales targets every month as per the orders received from customers. Dispatch materials to the customers as per best practice methods thereby reducing the logistics cost. Meeting sales targets, collection targets: Ensuring outstanding payment collection on time. Receive payments from customers on the due date and follow-up meticulously to ensure all receivables are captured.
