The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:

RTX is seeking a skilled and experienced SAP Developer with expertise in SAP ABAP to join our Enterprise Services Team. This position is a key role within our digital organization, supporting Raytheon Business Supply Chain systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, build, maintenance, and integration of multiple SAP-related supply chain applications.

In this role you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing support of critical supply chain solutions. This role demands strong technical skills, a deep understanding of SAP ecosystems, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• PRISM (Operations SAP System
• ESDM (Enterprise Supplier Data Management)
• EPAD (Enterprise Procurement and Agreement Database)

• Order More Stuff
• Buyer Quick Edit

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of SAP ABAP solutions to support supply chain applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Write efficient and scalable ABAP code for backend processes and integrations.
• Ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions with other enterprise systems.
• Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure application reliability.
• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements to existing applications.
• Stay up to date with SAP technologies, tools, and best practices to recommend innovative solutions.
• Communicate with management frequently with updates for all activities, technical and business needs. This position requires strong technical proficiency specifically aligned to Procurement.

Qualifications you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP development expertise
• Strong understanding of SAP backend processes, data models, and workflows.
• Experience with SAP integration technologies (BAPIs, RFCs, IDocs, etc.).
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and deliver efficient, scalable solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with supply chain systems or similar enterprise applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with SAP HANA and SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager and Change Management process.
• Knowledge of SAFE Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with SAP FIORI applications.
