Statutory Reporting : Prepare and consolidation of internal, external and statutory AUDIT reports like(GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Labour Fund compliances as applicable other) on a timely basis to ensure that all accounting standards and legislative requirements to maintain the accuracy, recommending appropriate actions and adjustments where required to facilitate planning and decision making to be accurately complied.

Financial Accounting :- Verification On the receipt of the AP invoice from the supplier, Prepaid Expenses, Prepaid Subscription, Prepaid Insurance Using as per defined process and entry in the system with reference to this Should be able to prepare P&L and Balance Sheet of the unit.

Principal Accountabilities:- Managing on day to day accounting operations, internal, external, and regulatory book keeping processes by extending required support to ensure all tasks are completed.

Fixed Assets :- Identify and Prepare, recording, valuation, accounting, reporting and timely capitalization of capital assets to maintain the register should be able to update the Fixed Assets Register for new additions and deletions if any and calculate the monthly Depreciation and provide the Forecast to the Management.

Vendor Account Management :- Analysis and reporting should be able to do the vendor account reconciliations as and when required using SAP to prepare the vendor payment details for authorization.

MIS :- Manages projects and processes, Technical competence & strategic thinking, Risk management, Knowledge management, Leadership & Teamwork, Counselling and people development Balances multiple priorities by considering risk, importance, level of urgency, political impacts, and other linkages to design the framework to keep track on into execution by the team to provide business solutions.

Relationship enlargement: Maintain and Initiate cross office interaction, cross group interaction. Through conducting internal meeting (online and offline) to exchange the ideas and for the individual development.
