Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Salesperson. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients, and selling insurance products to both individual and commercial customers. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, presenting insurance solutions, negotiating terms, and closing sales. The Salesperson will also maintain relationships with clients and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Customer Service
• Knowledge of insurance products, market dynamics, and regulations
• Skills in negotiation, communication, and presentation
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze data
• Result-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
