As a Sales Executive for a Mine based in Syadapuram, you will play a crucial role in managing leads, following up with customers, and tracking sales activities. The ideal candidate for this position is proactive, well-organized, and possesses confidence when engaging with customers over the phone. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and updating customer follow-up lists using Excel, contacting and coordinating with customers to address inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide updates, tracking daily leads, visits, and sales through a simple report, as well as providing support to the backend office team with basic administrative tasks. To excel in this role, having a bike and a valid driving license would be advantageous. Additionally, possessing basic English speaking skills for effective communication during phone calls and follow-ups, being comfortable with Excel, Word, and Google Sheets, demonstrating punctuality, honesty, and a willingness to learn, as well as the ability to handle follow-ups and address basic customer queries are essential requirements. While previous sales or field experience is considered a bonus, it is not mandatory. In return for your contributions, you can expect a fixed monthly salary of 25,000 INR, fuel allowance for travel if applicable, training on maintaining records and work processes, as well as the opportunity to work within a friendly team environment with regular support and clear goals.
