Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson at our location in Cuttack and Bhubaneswar. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential clients, engaging with them to understand their needs, and providing solutions from our portfolio of products and services. Day-to-day tasks will include developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with clients, preparing sales proposals, negotiating deals, achieving sales targets, and conducting market research to stay updated with industry trends. The Salesperson will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of sales activities and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Experience in sales strategies and market research Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software Knowledge of the solar industry is required.
