Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson, based in Ahmedabad with the flexibility of some work-from-home opportunities. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building client relationships, maintaining a strong sales pipeline, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Additional responsibilities include understanding client needs, presenting product solutions effectively, and providing post-sales support. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and exploring opportunities to expand market reach. Qualifications Sales and client relationship management skills, including the ability to identify opportunities, close deals, and maintain long-term partnerships. Proficiency in communication, presentation, and negotiation to effectively interact with clients and team members. Market research and product knowledge skills to understand customer needs and align them with appropriate solutions. Ability to work with CRM tools and maintain accurate sales records for reporting and analysis. Self-motivation, goal orientation, and problem-solving abilities to succeed in a competitive environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered. Familiarity with industrial testing equipment products is a plus.
