Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson, located in Noida. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, understanding customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks will include prospecting, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating deals, and collaborating with the team to deliver outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Business Development
• Experience in Prospecting, Lead Generation, and Negotiation techniques
• Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment
• Knowledge of the IT industry and technical product familiarity is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Result-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
