Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Technician, located in Akot. The Technician will be responsible for daily tasks involving plant care, tissue culture, preparation of plants for export, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. The role also includes monitoring plant health, recording data, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Qualifications \n Experience in plant care, horticulture, and tissue culture techniques Skills in monitoring plant health and recording data Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace Knowledge of industry standards and regulations Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and efficiently in an on-site environment Relevant qualifications or certifications in horticulture, botany, or a related field are a plus
