Job Description – Marketing Executive
Company: Vaibhav Group (Tissue Culture Plants & Handmade Paper Products)
Location: Maharashtra (Field + Office)
Key Responsibilities
• Promote Tissue Culture Plants to farmers, nurseries, and agri-dealers.
• Develop B2B clients for Handmade Paper Products (corporates, exporters, distributors).
• Generate leads through calls, meetings, LinkedIn & exhibitions.
• Maintain client relationships & collect feedback.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and submit reports.
Qualification & Skills
• MBA (Marketing / Agri Business) or Graduate with sales experience.
• Good communication (Marathi, Hindi, English).
• Willing to travel for field visits.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets.
Salary & Benefits
• Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (
