Role Description

Neural IT is seeking a Salesperson for a full-time, on-site role located in Airoli. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting sales Demonstrations, negotiating deals, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients
• Excellent presentation and customer service skills
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
